The Test Lab Mailer provides complete oil analysis of the oil sample and includes Viscosity, Water by Karl Fisher, TAN, Particle Counting, Wear Metals, and Contaminants. The price of the Oil Analysis Mailer includes eveerything you need to mail a sample of the engine oil and the analysis report will be mailed/emailed back to you.

The Lab Mailer can also be used for all other types of oil, for examlple: hydraulic, transformer, gearbox, differential. Include the information about the type of oil being tested on the enclosed form. We include it for the convenience of our customers who want to prove the USPI oil filter and if it is actually removing wear particles below the 5 micron level.

Be sure to download a copy of the wear metals chart. It indicates which parts are wearing by which metals are found in the oil sample.
